The Schiavo Case

Well, I haven't had a chance to posts in a while as I have been very busy working on papers, grading, and taking care of my annual evaluation. But, the case of Terry Schiavo demands an all too brief post. It is a travesty that none of the judges involved have been able to order the re-insertion of the feeding tube, at least until the questions surrounding her condition can be resolved. It is imperative to protect the sanctity of life and if the courts cannot do it then it is a serious tragedy for our legal system.
